What services does HWY 9 Print Shop offer?

We offer screen printing, embroidery, direct-to-film (DTF) printing, laser engraving, and graphic design services for businesses, teams, organizations, and personal projects.

Is there a minimum order?

Screen printing requires a minimum of 24 items. DTF printing and embroidery have no minimum order quantity. Volume pricing is available for embroidery.

How do I request a quote?

Select Get a Quote on our website. Share the products you’re interested in, your quantity, your design, and any deadline for your project.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our standard turnaround is 10 business days from artwork approval to delivery. Full payment is required up front to secure your products and materials.

What artwork files do you accept?

We accept .AI, .EPS, and .PDF files. If your artwork needs adjustments, we offer graphic design services to help prepare it for production.

Can you help create or improve my design?

Yes! We can help create your brand, improve an existing design, or edit images to get them ready for production.

Can I supply my own garments?

Yes, but we only accept new, unused garments. All customer-supplied items must be reviewed before production to confirm they are suitable for the requested decoration method and will produce a quality result.

When is payment due?

Full payment is required up front to secure the products and materials for your order.

Do you ship?

Yes! We ship throughout the United States.

Are custom orders refundable?

Custom orders are nonrefundable due to the preparation and approval process involved in creating your order. Please review your artwork and order details carefully before approving them.

What if there is an error with my order?

Please report any order error by email hwy9printshop@gmail.com so we can review the issue. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos to help us understand what happened.
